Team PA / Coordinator
Team PA required to join a market leading property consultancy firm who really invest in their staff. Job Responsibilities
Supporting a busy team up to Director level, daily duties to include:
- Diary management
- Event management - manage and organise seminars, client entertainment, dinners etc.
- Organise UK travel
- Respond to invites on behalf of the team
- Producing presentations for bids, formatting, and proof-reading documents
- General audio/copy typing and formatting of documents including letters, reports, meeting agendas and meeting minutes
- Processing expenses/mileage claims for the team
- Dealing with telephone enquiries/taking messages
- Mail merges Marketing and branding
- Finance and compliance administration (Excel tracking)
Requirements
You:
- Strong MS Office skills
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Good typing skills and attention to detail
- Experience of supporting a team
- A strong administrator with a hard-working ethic, great personality and good sense of humour who enjoys working as part of a fast-paced team
