Personal Assistant - Private Equity

Job Responsibilities

Supporting a team up to Partner level you will be responsible for the following: • Diary management • Booking travel • Managing appointments and meetings • Updating presentations • Arranging events and roadshows • Managing expenses • Accompanying administrative tasks

Requirements

Working in an extremely fast paced PA role, personality is everything. They are looking for someone with strong secretarial, organisational and MS Office skills along with being able to forward plan and offer great support.

Working across varying timezones and to tight deadlines, they require someone who is super flexible (not a 9-5), cool, calm, collected and patient with the ability to push back when required.
