Personal Assistant to SVP HR

PA required to support the Global Senior VP or HR of a global luxury fashion brand. A newly created role to make your own, you will provide detailed 1:1 PA support to the SVP whilst also offering admin support to the HR Team.

Supporting an incredibly busy, yet warm, engaging and appreciative executive, this is a super busy PA role that requires someone who is extremely switched on and detail focused. Managing her very complex diary and travel itineraries, across multiple timezones, she is seeking a PA who ideally has global experience and any HR exposure would be greatly beneficial.

Job Responsibilities

PA and HR responsibilities and duties to include:

• Proactively maximise the use of the SVP Global HR’s time, always being one step ahead in order to anticipate next steps and acting as her Gatekeeper • Email management • Diary management • Organise a busy schedule of internal and external meetings, compiling pre-meeting information packs and briefings • Compile reports, presentations, minutes and internal communications • Organise all travel arrangements • Manage and deliver specific projects within the HR team, working with colleagues across the globe to ensure excellent collaboration and timely completion • Responsible for updating key department documents • Build and maintain strong relationships across the global HR team, attending weekly meetings to stay up to date about all current issues • Provide an office management service for the HR team in London

Requirements

The successful candidate must have:

• Previous PA experience • Strong MS Office • Excellent communication skills • Discretion and Empathy • The ability to work at a fast pace
