Part-time Team Coordinator
Our client, a global Coaching Firm based near to the prestigious Harrods, is seeking a Part-time Team Assistant / Office Coordinator to join their close knit team.
Based in a beautiful Victorian property, the role requires someone to be in the office on Tues, Wed and Thurs, 9am-5:30pm and assist the London H/Q.
Job Responsibilities
• Reception management • Office management • Facilities and maintenance support (reporting on all issues) • Ordering all office supplies • Booking travel • Daily admin and overflow PA tasks (filing, reporting, producing docs/PP’s) • Booking travel • Meeting management
Requirements
They are seeking a super switched on candidate with previous office experience to join their well respected business working within a fast paced environment.
