Office / Team Assistant

Office Assistant required to join a well established and prestigious global Coaching Firm based in SW London. 

Working in a close knit and social team, this is a great role to work alongside PA’s and grow in your career. Based in a beautiful Victorian property, this is a varied office assistant role which requires 4 days in office and 1 day from home!

Job Responsibilities

Daily duties to include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Arranging meetings and meeting room space
  • Office management
  • Facilities and maintenance support (reporting on all issues)
  • Ordering all office supplies/equipment 
  • Booking travel
  • Daily admin and overflow PA tasks (filing, reporting, producing docs/PP’s)

Requirements

They are seeking a super switched on candidate with previous office experience to join their well respected business working within a fast paced environment.
