Facilities Assistant
A welcoming, friendly and inclusive financial services firm in the West End, who really value and appreciate their staff, is currently seeking a Facilities Assistant with proven facilities experience to join their well established and respected firm.
Working as part of the Facilities Team at their 40,000 sq ft office space within a multi tenanted building, they are seeking someone who is proactive and efficient with great communication skills and a friendly manner.
Job Responsibilities
A busy, hands on and varied facilities role, daily duties to include:
Premises & equipment maintenance including air conditioning, coffee machines and water-dispensers Managing kitchen supplies Environmental management Health & Safety Lighting and electrical management Daily walk rounds and maintenance reporting Meeting room reconfiguration Office cleaning management Plumbing and small repairs Managing security systems General assistance including providing cover / assistance to/for other members of the Administration / Facilities team as/when/where required New joiner inductions Requirements:
Requirements
A minimum of 1-2 years facilities experience Good IT / MS Office skills Great personality key!
