Executive Assistant to Chairman
We have a fantastic opportunity for EA to support a Chairman with every aspect of his busy business and personal life, working in this small business that has international reach within the luxury confectionery world.
Job Responsibilities
Duties: • Full inbox management to include drafting and responding to emails on the Principal’s behalf, prioritizing any urgent matters • Meeting management, document production and preparation of detailed itineraries • Booking both business and personal trips to include flights, transfers and accommodation • Taking minutes and writing up emails • Dealing with expenses, credit cards and general financial administration on behalf of the Chairman • Retail reporting on behalf of the Chairman, working with the wider company to collate information • Running personal errands for the Chairman, assisting with both business and personal events, dinners etc.
Requirements
The ideal person will have previous experience supporting a senior level executive within a family office or small business. You will have first class written and verbal communication skills, enjoy being an extension of your boss be happy to go to the extra mile to support him. You must have excellent MS Office skills.
