Job Responsibilities

My client are an award-winning beauty business who are going through rapid expansion across the UK and are looking for a new Recruiter to join their growing team.

This role will focus on retail/salon hires and will be supported by a Resourcer. Duties will include:

• Supporting the recruitment team with end to end recruitment
• Taking ownership of and driving all aspects of the recruitment process onboarding and administration
• Leading on candidate market mapping and creating a strong talent pipeline
• Delivering and continually improving the candidate experience
• Ensuring all processes and systems are running smoothly

Requirements

You must have internal recruitment experience and be super flexible to be in the office as much as the team needs you.
