People and Talent Partner

My client are an incredible Series A funded mental health platform who are looking for a People and Talent Partner to join their London team. This is an exciting time for the business who are going through a strong period of growth and really getting their name out there in the mental health space.

This role will work closely with the Founder and CEO and help shape the People and Talent function. You will need to be happy to be involved in all things operational from implementing everything from policies, processes and initiatives. As well as this you will need to think strategically around shaping their culture, values and overall people and talent strategy.

Job Responsibilities

Other duties and focusses will include:

  • Creating and running an onboarding process
  • Leading on their D&I and wellbeing initiatives
  • Creating and implementing a recruitment process
  • Focussing on other talent projects including upskilling managers, succession planning and attracting new talent
  • Looking at their employer brand

Requirements

This is a standalone role and requires you to wear lots of hats and be involved in multiple areas of the business. You must have a natural passion and ability to coach and influence stakeholders, as well as build trust. Experience working directly with senior leadership and ideally with a c-suite team is key for this position. This isn’t a role with lots of structure so you must enjoy and thrive working in a forever-changing and agile environment.

Their offices are based in the City of London and require a minimum of 2 days a week in the office. They offer amazing benefits and flexible working. Ideal experience will be in a start-up or SME business.
